Born from a deep love for Kente and inspired by the timeless grace of European couture, each Tristan Brew garment tells a royal story, yours.


 We source every thread of Kente directly from Ghanaian artisans, handwoven on ancestral looms. No prints. No shortcuts. Just heritage, elevated.

  • Every Tristan Brew garment is made with intention and respect and so is its journey to you.

    We ship from both Ghana and Canada, depending on product’s availability and your location, to ensure a seamless luxury experience.


    • Processing Time: Each order is prepared within 5–7 business days, with attention to presentation and garment integrity.

    • Shipping Carriers: We partner exclusively with premium global couriers: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, and Canada Post Xpresspost.

    • Estimated Delivery Times:

      • Domestic (Ghana & Canada): 3–5 business days

      • International (All other regions): 7–10 business days, depending on location

    You’ll receive a tracking number and a luxury email notification the moment your order is enroute.

  • Due to the rarity and handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.

    However, your satisfaction is sacred to us. Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery.

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Every Tristan Brew garment is handcrafted from authentic, handwoven Kente a royal textile steeped in history and made to last generations. Treat it with the same reverence with which it was created.

    To Preserve Your Piece:

    Dry Clean Only

    • Please use a professional dry cleaner experienced with delicate or handwoven fabrics.

    Avoid Machine Washing

    • Handwoven Kente must not be washed in a machine or submerged in water.

    Iron on Low Heat

    • If needed, steam gently or press on low heat with a cloth barrier.

    Store with Intention

    • Keep your piece in a breathable garment bag. Avoid plastic. Fold gently to avoid stress on the weave.

    Note:
     Slight irregularities in weave and texture are not flaws they are signatures of the artisan’s hand and the authenticity of your crown.

  • Tristan Brew Haute Couture operates globally with registered business activity in:

  • All garments are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or mispricing.

  • All prices are listed in your local currency or in USD depending on your location. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customers outside Ghana and Canada may be responsible for import duties and customs charges including but not limited to tariffs.

  • We strive to ensure that product details, including colors, textures, and dimensions, are accurate. However, due to the handmade nature of our garments and screen variations, slight differences may occur.

  • Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier service disruptions.

  • All sales are final due to the artisanal and limited-edition nature of our garments. We accept returns only for items damaged or incorrect upon delivery, if reported within 7 days.

  • Yes. Each release is produced in very limited quantities. Once sold out, pieces will not be restocked. This ensures exclusivity, rarity, and long-term value.

  • Our collections are designed to be inclusive. Each drop includes a wide size range from XS to XXL, with custom fit options available for select items.

  • Yes — we ship worldwide from Canada and Ghana. All packages are delivered via premium couriers including DHL and UPS.
